all supplies that are made by Country Style Designs in this tutorial are not to be shared or used with any other tutorial without my writtin permission.

Lets begin by open new image 600x550
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with, You can resize later.

I have supplied the lines and circle background
But feel free to make your own.
Keep following the tut and I explain how.   

With your preset shapes tool
Forground black/Background null
Width set to 4.. draw out a nice size
circle about the same size as mine.
see my tag for example. Convert to raster.

Copy and paste one of the papers from the kit as
a new layer.. making sure it covers the circle.

Use your magic wand and on your circle layer click inside the circle.
Selection/modify/expand by 2. Go back to your paper layer
selections/invert then hit delete on your keyboard, selections none. Now move your paper layer below your circle, x out the background layer and merge visable the circle and paper. Drop shadow these settings.
  


copy and paste the lines provided as a new layer
drop shadow same settings and move them under your circle.

Now you need to be creative
Copy and paste diffrent accents to your tag anyway you like from the scrap kit.
You can use my tag as an example.
Making sure to drop shadow your accents with the same settings as before.

Now add your wording you would like or you can
use the ones I have supplied for you.

Copy and Paste the tube of choice as a new layer,drop shadow same settings
as before.

Add name and proper copyright
And resize to your liking
done.
