Supplies you will need
Paint Shop Pro. I am using version 8
Animation Shop
Tube of choice. I am using ©Joel Adams

This tutorial was writen for people
who have a working knowledge of PSP.
Lets begin by open new image 600x550
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with
You can resize later.
Copy and paste the frame from the kit
as a new layer.
Place it in the center of your tag.
Select one of the papers from the kit.
Use your magic wand and click in the center of your frame.
add a new layer.
Copy and paste into selected layer the paper.
selection none.
Now move your paper layer under your frame.
Copy and paste the Ghosts as a new layer
you will need to resize em to how
you think they look best.
Copy and paste one of the moons
as a new layer
See my tag as an example.
Merge the white background, paper,moon and ghosts visable
Make sure you are on your frame layer.
Copy and paste some of the bats, ribbon and beads as
new layers. Place em where you think they look best.
see my tag as to how I did mine.
Copy and paste the tube you are using
as a new layer.
place it where you think it looks best.
Add some text to your tag
I put "The Witching Hour Is Here"
Just put what goes with the tube you are using.
resize the entire tag to how you want it.
Add your name and proper copyright.
Now X out your paper layer and merge
all the other layers visable.
In Animation shop
open the Halloween animation that I have provided in the supplies.
you will notice it has 25 frames. Select all
Copy and paste your paper background in animation shop
duplicate it so it has 25 frames. Select all
Copy and paste into selection your halloween signs
and place it over the moon.
Go back to psp and copy and paste as new animation
your tube layer you merged.
Duplicate it 25 frames. Select all
and copy and paste it into selected frames
and place it over your paper.
Now view your animation to make sure
its like you want it.
Save as new animation
Done
