Lets begin by open new image 600x550
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with.
You can resize later.

Copy and paste the background as a new layer.

Copy and paste the snow bar as a new layer.
add a small drop shadow of your choice.

Copy and paste the holly provided as a new layer and place it on one corner of the bar.
see my tag as an example.
add same drop shadow and duplicate it.
mirror the second one on the other corner of the bar.

Copy and paste the peppermint as a new layer.
add same drop shadow and place it in the center of the bar.

Copy and paste the snowflakes as a new layer.
place them where they are hanging from
the rings.
Same drop shadow as before.
Duplicate the snowflakes 2x for a total of 3.
rename each one Snowflake 1,2 and 3.

x out snowflake 2 and 3 go back to the first one.
Xenofex2- Constellation with these settings below.



hit your random seed. and click ok.

x out 1 and 3. repeat constellation but hit your random seed again.

x out 1 and 2 and repeat constellation/hit random seed again.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
add same drop shadow.

Resize tag
Add your name and proper copyright.

go back to snowflake 1 and make sure 2 and 3 are xed out.
Merge visable
and copy and paste into animation shop as new animation.

go back to psp and x out snowflake 1 and unx snowflake 2
mege visable and copy and paste after animation
in animation shop.

Repeat the steps for snowflake 3.

Once you have finished.
preview animation in animation shop
so its like you want it.
Once finished
save as new animation
