Winter Fun

Supplies you will need

Paint Shop Pro. I am using version 8 
Tube of choice. I am using ©Barbara Jensen.

Lets begin by open new image 600x550
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with.
You can resize later.

Copy and paste one of the papers from the kit.
Free Rotate to the left 45.
Duplicate the paper.
on the bottom paper use Toadies-What Are You, X and Y at 20.
I colorized mine to match the blue in my tag.

Make sure you are on the duplicate copy (Top Layer)
and add a small drop shadow.

Copy and paste the other paper in the kit.
same drop shadow.

Copy and paste the picture frame in the kit.
use your magic wand and click in the center of the frame.
add a new layer and take one of your papers and paste into selection.
selection none.

copy and paste your tube you are going to use.
Use your magic wand again and click in the center of the frame.
go back to your tube layer and move the tube where you think
it looks best. Selection/invert and hit delete on your keyboard.

Merge the tube, paper and frame together.
add the same drop shadow as before.
Rotate the frame 15 to the Right.

Copy and paste the ribbon from the kit.
place it twords the bottom but where its over the bottom
part of your picture frame.
see my tag as an example.

Copy and paste the side paper.
see my tag as an example.
drop shadow same as before.

add your Bow, Flower, Snowflakes and Tag
drop shadow each one of em.
see my tag for an example on where I placed mine.

Copy and paste the words from the kit.
Place them where you think they look best.

Once you have all this finished
resize to how you want it.

Add name and proper copyright

Save as jpeg
Done
