Supplies you will need

Paint Shop Pro. I am using version 8
Tube of choice. I am using © Keith Garvey

Lets begin by open new image 600x550
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with.
You can resize later.

Copy and paste the background I have provided

Copy and paste the frame
use your magic wand and click inside the
middle of the frame.
selection/modify/expand  by 10.
add a new layer.
copy and pste your picture into selection
selection none.
Now move your frame layer over the picture.
Colorize the frame and the picture to match your tube.
see my tag as an example.
Add a drop shadow of your choice to the frame.

Copy and paste the CatTails as a new layer.
resize to how you want them. and place them where you think they look best.
add same drop shadow.

Copy and paste the wash board as a new layer.
resize to how you like it and add same drop shadow.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
Place it where you think it looks best.
Add same drop shadow.

Use a font of your choice and write the words "Wild Country"
and place it twords the top of your tag.
see my tag as an example.

Resize the tag to how you want it
Add your name and  proper copyright.
save as jpeg
Done
