Lets begin by open a new image 600x550
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with.
You can resize later.

add a new layer
flood fill with a color from the scrapkit.
Pick your fav. misted mask
layers / new mask from layer / from image
scroll down on the list till you find the name of it.
then click ok. Delete your mask and merge group.

Copy and paste one of the hearts from the kit.
place it in the center of your tag.

Copy and paste Butterfly 6 or 7 as a new layer
resize to fit
place it in the center of your heart.  

Copy and paste 2 more of the different butterflies from the kit.
resize to make them a bit smaller
place them on the left of your heart.
see my tag as an example.

Copy and paste 2 of the flowers from the kit.
resize to fit
and place them on the right of the heart.

Copy and paste the fence from the kit as a new layer.
move it twords the bottom of the tag.

Copy and paste 2 of the open tulips.
resize them to make them smaller.
place one on eah side of the fence.

repeat the steps but use 2 of the closed tulips.
see my tag as an example.

Copy and paste the grass from the kit as a new layer.
place it at the bottom of the fence.

Copy and paste the tube you are going to use.
place it where you think it looks best.

Once you have it all done.
resize the entire tag.
add name and proper copyright
merge visable.

Copy and paste ito animation shop as new animation.

Now you should have already saved to your computer
3 of the animated butterflies.
open them up in animation shop.
edit/select all

you will notice they all have 15 frames.

duplicate your tag so it has 15 frames
edit/select all.

Now copy one of the butterflies
and paste into selected frames of your tag.
place it where you think it looks best.

repeat the same steps for the other 2 butterflies.

once its the way you want it.
save as new animation
done.
