Supplies you will need

Paint Shop Pro. I am using version 8,
But any version can be used.

Lets begin by open new image 600x550
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with
 You can resize later.

Copy and paste the bar templet as a new layer.
you need to place it in the center but kinda twords the top. See my tag
for an example.

Copy and paste the wording templet I have supplied.
and the same with the circle templet.
Place them like I have on my tag.

Copy and paste the name plate twords the bottom.

now add the dragon fly  and the first letter to your name
like I have done in my tag.

Drop shadow your choice the letter for your name and the name plate
I also supplied the diamond fill I used for my name.
Set your background to the fill and choose a font you like
and add your name.

Add all copyright information and resize your tag
to how you like it
