Supplies you will need
Paint Shop Pro. I am using version 8
Tube of choice. I am using ©Barbara Jensen.

Lets begin by open new image 600x500
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with. You can resize later.
Copy and paste one of the papers from the scrap kit. Resize 85%. Position in the center.
Copy and paste of the frames from the kit. use your deform tool and shape it like mine.
See my tag as example.
Use your magic wand and click inside the frame
Selections/modify/expand by 2.
Copy and paste your tube as new layer. Move it to where you want it. Selections/Invert
now hot delete on your keyboard.
selections none.
Drop shadow your tube with these settings
Drop shadow your frame with the same settings.
Add another frame, use your deform tool and make it pretty small,,see my tag as an example.
Duplicat 2x and position em like mine.
Merge them 3 together.
Use your magic wand and click inside one of the frames. Selections/modify 1
Copy and paste a section of your tube as new layer.
Selections/invert. Hit delete on your keyboard. Selections none.
Repeat this last step with the other two small frames, Using different parts of the tube,
Once done,,merge the three little frames and your tubes
together and drop shadow same settings as before.
Go ahead and start adding any of the elements you want to use to the tag.
Now I used one of the bows and just made it small and put on each little frame.
That is optional if you wanna do it.
Copy and paste your silver heart accent as a
new layer. Position it where you want.
Add your name.
add proper copyright to your tag
Resize to your how you want it and
save as Jpeg
Done!
