Stars And Stripes

Supplies you will need

Paint Shop Pro. I am using version 8
Tube of choice. I am using ©Keith Garvey

Lets begin by open new image 600x550
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with
You can resize later.

Copy and paste the background I have provided
as a new layer.

Copy and paste the film strips.
Use your magic wand and click inside the top square of the film strip
Modify expand by 2
Place the tube you are using over the selected area.
selection/invert then hit delete on your keyboard.

Repeat the same steps for the other squares in the film strip.
But put different parts of the tube in it.

Once you get that all done.
Merge the film strip and the tubes parts together.
And move to the right of the tag.

Copy and paste the Independence sign as a new layer
Move it twords the top of your tag.
See my tag as an example.

Copy and paste the 4th of July sign as a new layer.
Move it twords the bottom of your tag.

Copy and paste the stars and stripes sign.
Place it in the center of your tag.

Copy and paste your tube of choice.
add a small drop shadow and place it where you think
it looks best.

Resize the tag to how you want it.

Add your name and proper copyright to the tag
save as jpeg
Done
