Spring In A Picture

Supplies you will need

Paint Shop Pro. I am using version 8
Tube of choice. I am using © Lacy Clagg

click on scrapkits, its the 9th one down.

No other supplies needed
 

 Lets begin by open a new image 600x550
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with.
You can resize later.

Copy and paste one of the papers as a new layer
resize it to fit your tag.
Image/free rotate/15/left

Copy and paste another paper
resize it to fit your tag
Image/free rotate/15/right

Copy and paste one of the double frames
resize it to where it looks good in the center of the papers.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
place it under the frame.
Make sure none of the tube is sticking out past the frame.

Go back to your frame layer, and add a drop shadow of your choice.

Copy and paste one of the single frames.
resize it so its alot smaller.
and place it in the right corner of your double frame.
see my tag as an example.

Copy and paste your tube again, or another one
but make sure its by the same artist.
use your magic wand and click in the center of the smaller frame.
be back on the tube layer.
selection/invert then hit delete on your keyboard
selection/ none.

Move that tube layer under the small frame. 
drop shadow the frame.

Copy and paste jeansbow 2
resize it and see my tag as an example for placement.
add same drop shadow.

Copy and paste jeansbow 3
resize it and rotate it where its up and down.
Place it to the left of the double frame.
add same drop shadow

Copy and paste the flower a a new layer
resize it and place it where you think it looks best.
add same drop shadow.

If you purchase Lacy's tube, the shoes and hat will be with it.
you can place that on there too
add same drop shadow.

Once you have it like you want it
resize your tag
add name and proper copyright
save as jpeg
Done
