Spring Fever Paint Shop Pro. I am using version 8 Start by opening a new 400x350 blank image Go back to your frame layer and add the tube of your choice.

Supplies you will need
Filters Unlimited 2.0 Lens Effect
Tube of choice. I am using the art of ŠLacy Clagg

Font Airfoil Script
selection all flood fill white.
selection/modify contract by 4
hit delete on your keyboard.
DO NOT DESELECT!
selection/Modify contract by 30
flood fill white.
Selections/ modify contract by 4
hit delete on your keyboard
selections none.
Resize the fram you just made 90%
add new layer
Put your foreground to a gradient that matches your tube.
diagonal about 45.
floodfill your new layer.
you might want to floodfill a few times,,,its your choice.
effect/texture effect/ blinds with these settings
Now use your Filters Unlimited 2.0 Lens Effect/Horizontal Slice
Slices 128
Now move this layer down below your frame layer you made.
On your frame layer, use your magic wand and click on the outside
layer of your frame
go back on your background layer and hit delete on your keyboard.
Now go back and add a drop shadow to your frame layer
these settings
you should now have something like this
Use your magic wand and click inside the middle of the frame area
add new layer and flood fill white.
Move that layer below your frame layer.
lower the opacity to around 50
Drop shadow same settings as before.
Add your name, a saying and proper copyright
add a new layer and move it below all the other layers and flood fill white.
Save as jpeg
Done
