Lets begin by open new image 600x550
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with.
You can resize later.

Copy and paste the background provided as a new layer.
add a small drop shadow of your choice.

Copy and paste some of the clouds
in the sky of your background
see my tag as an example.

Copy and paste the boat
colorize to match your tube.

Copy and paste the diamond circle
and place it over your background.
see my tag as an example.

Copy and paste your palm tree as a new layer
add the same drop shadow as before.
place it to the side like I have mine.
duplicate/image mirror
so now you should have a palm tree on
each side of the tag.

Copy and paste your fence.
drop shadow same as before.
Duplicate it about 3x.
you want it to be across your tag.
see my tag as an example.

Copy and paste your lifering and
colorize to match your tube.
Place it where you think it looks best and
add same drop shadow.

Copy and paste the words "South Beach Diva"
place it twords the top of your tag
drop shadow same settings as before.

Copy and paste your tube.
place it where you think it looks best.
Drop shadow same as before.

Go ahead and add your name
and proper copyrights to the tag.

Resize to how you want it
save as jpeg
Done.
