Lets begin by open new image 600x500
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with
 You can resize later.

Copy and Paste the Templet bars as a new layer.
Colorize em to match your tube. 
Drop shadow with these settings.

 

Use the music ribbon and the record I have supplied and add to your
bars. See my tag as an example.
x out your white background and merge visable.

Open up background 2 I have left it on two diffrent layers so you can colorize the background. Merge visable and copy and paste it
over the bars. Drop shadow same settings.

go ahead and place the sock Hop Baby sign and the music list
as a new layer. drop shadow each one same settings as before.
see my tag for example.
I have added two diffrent music lists one with and one without the words.
Add the music notes where you want em.

Making sure the white background is still xed out and merge visable everything.

Image/resize 85% . Mae sure resize all layers is NOT checked

Place your tube how you want it and add the name plate.
put all copywrite information and your name on the tag.

Resize everything to how you want it.
save as jpeg
Done.
