Supplies you will need

Paint Shop Pro. I am using version 8,
But any version can be used.
Tube of choice.  I am using ©Susan Woolcott

Scrap kit elements by Clarey at Bagzofscrapz HERE
Mask by Becky
Font I used Liberate Normal

Supplies HERE

Lets begin by open new image 600x550
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with
 You can resize later.

Copy and paste one of the papers as a new layer
open the mask in psp.
Layers/new mask from layer/from image.
Scroll in the little box and find your mask name.
Source luminance/ invert unchecked
click ok......delete mask from your layer/merge group.

Use your preset shapes tool
Circle/width 5
On your color chart forground Dark Purple paper
Background Dark purple flower paper.
make a circle on your tag.
see my tag as example.
Once you have it the size you want it
convert to raster layer.

Copy and paste the flower doodle as a new layer
resize to how you want it.

Copy the ribbon swirls and then the bow.
resize both, and place em where you think they look best.

Copy and paste the dark ribbon tword
the bottom of your circle.

Copy and paste the big flower as a new layer
resize to how you want it.

you can add the saying if you want to your tag
"Shades Of Purple". I curved mine.
you can do the same if you want.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.

Once you have it like you want it.
resize your tag and add your name
and proper copyright.
save as jpeg
done.
