Supplies you will need

Paint Shop Pro. I am using version 8
Tube of choice. I am using ŠKeith Garvey.

Start by opening a new image 600x550
flood fill white. You can resize later. 
Copy and paste the wall provided for ya as a new layer.
Colorize it to match your tube
rename this layer Wall.

Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer
resize it to fit inside the wall templet.
Change the blend mode to Hard Light and lower
opacity to what you think looks best..mine is around 65%

Use a graffiti font of your choice, Forgound white/ stroke width 2
background null. And write out what you want it to say along
with your name. I also found a ding I liked and added the guitar.
once happy with the way your font looks, Convert to raster
change your blend mode to Exclusion.
Copy 2 times for a total of 3.
rename them layers 1, 2 and 3.
x out layer 2 and 3 of your font layers 
  go back to layer 1 of your font. DSB Flux/Bright noise
with these settings mix 1 time.


 

x out layer 1 and repeat same steps to layer 2 and 3 except mix 2x for layer 2 and 3x for layer 3.

Go back to your wall layer and drop shadow with these settings

 

Use your preshapes tool
Forgound black/background null 
with these settings

 

And draw out around the wall templet.
see my tag as an example.
Drop shadow with same settings as before

I added some spades to my corners,,you can add what you want.
Drop shadow them also if you add em.

copy and paste your tube again as a new layer
and place it to the side you think it looks best.
drop shadow same settings as before.

Add proper copyright information at this time.

Animation

Go to layer 1 of your fonts. merge layer visable
copy and paste into animation shop.
Go back to psp and  undo merge. Be on layer 2 and merge visable.
copy and paste into animation shop after current layer.
Back to psp and undo merge.
click on layer 3 merge visable.
copy and paste back into animation shop after current layer.
Click show animation,,if its like you want it
save a new animation
