Supplies you will need

Paint Shop Pro. I am using version 8
Tube of choice - I'm using Sara Horwath
you must purchase a license in order to use her work HERE

No other supplies needed

 Lets begin by open a new image 600x550
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with.
You can resize later.

Copy and paste one of the papers from the kit.
resize to fit.
add a drop shadow.
 
Copy and paste another paper from the kit.
resize and rotate it 15 to the left.
add same drop shadow

Copy and paste a 3rd paper from the kit.
resize it to fit
add same drop shadow.

Copy and paste 4th paper from the kit.
resize to fit
rotate 15 to the right.

Copy and paste one of the frames from the kit.
resize to fit.
place it in the center of your tag.
now move the papers around so they are sticking
out behind the frame.

Make sure you are on your frame layer.
Copy and paste one of the buckles from the kit.
resize to fit and rotate it about 15 to the left.
You want it to look like its wrapping around your papers and frame.
add same drop shadow.

Copy and paste one of the bows.
resize to fit.
add same drop shadow.
Place it on the end of your buckle.
see my tag as an example.

Copy and paste one of the criss cross ribbons as a new layer.
Resize to fit
place it over the left of your frame
add drop shadow.

Copy and paste the microphone as a new layer
resize to fit.
place it at the right on your frame.
add same drop shadow.

Copy and paste one of the stickers from the kit.
resize to fit.
now place it in the center of your frame
add drop shadow.
see my tag as an example.

Copy and paste the guitar from the kit.
rostae it so its kinda up and down
add same drop shadow.
place it at the right of your frame.

Copy and paste the sunglasses.
add drop shadow.
place them where you think they look best.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
add same drop shadow.
place it where it looks best.

resize your tag.
add name and proper copyright.
save as jpeg
