Supplies you will need

Paint Shop Pro. I am using version 8
Tube of choice. I am using the art of ©Jennifer Janesko

Lets begin by open new image 600x550
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with.
You can resize later.

Copy and paste the material map as a new layer
resize it and add drop shadow of your choice.
Rotate it 15 to the right.

Copy and paste the ribbon wrap as a new layer
resize it to fit on your mat
add drop shadow and rotate it 15 to the right.

Copy and paste doodle 2 as a new layer.
resize and add same drop shadow
duplicate it and mirror the duplicate.
place one twords the top of your tag and one
at the bottom.

Copy and paste the staple heart with key as a new layer.
resize it and add drop shadow.
Place it twords the right of your tag.
see my tag as an example.

Copy and paste the note paper as a new layer.
resize it and drop shadow.
rotate it 15 to the left.

Copy and paste the poem art as a new layer.
I wrote the poem myself. so do not alter it in anyway or use it with any other
tag or tut. My name and date must stay on it.
rotate it 15 to the left
and place it on your paper.
see my tag as an example.

Copy and paste your tube of choice
resize and add drop shadow.
Place it in the center of your tag.

Copy and paste the frame as a new layer.
resize it to fit.
Use you magic wand and click inside the center of one of the frames.
selection/modify/expand by 6
use part of your tube and place it over the selected area.
hit delete on your keyboard.
selection/ none.
move that layer under your frame layer.

repeat the steps for the other side of the frame.
add drop shadow to your frame

Once you have it the way you like it
resize the tag to how you want it
add your name and proper copyright
save as jpeg
Done
