This is a pretty simple tut Lets begine by opening a new image 600x550, Copy and paste everything on the love meter background
you can resize later. Flood fill white.
add a drop shadow of your choice.
Copy and paste the six hearts accents and drop shadow
I have supplied some lights thats not animated you can do your own animation and colorize em if ya like.
or jump to the next step.
ok,,,if your using my animated lights
go ahead and add all copyrights and name to this layer
merge visable.
copy and paste into animation shop.
duplicate it 18 times. Edit/select all.
Open the animated lights in animation shop
edit/select all.
and copy and paste into current frame of the background you made.
Go back to psp and find the tube you are going to use.
Drop shadow the way you want it.
Copy and paste into animation shop.
duplicate it so you have 18 frames.
edit/select all and copy and paste it onto your tag also.
save as new animation
Done
