Supplies you will need

Paint Shop Pro. I am using version 8,
But any version can be used.
Tube of choice. I am using ŠJoel Adams, you
can purchase his work HERE
Scrap kit by Monti's Pixel Playground

Templet can be downloaded HERE 


Open up a new 600x550 image
Flood fill white. You can resize later

Copy and paste your templet as a new layer
There are several colors to choose from.
or colorize one to match your tube.

Use your magic wand and click in the center
of the templet.
selections/modify/expand by 7
add new raster layer. Copy and paste into selection
one of the papers from your scrap kit.
colorize to match your tube.

Now move your paper layer under your templet.
add a small drop shadow to your templet.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
place it in the center of your templet
see my tag as an example.
change the blend mode to what you think looks best.

Add some flowers from the scrap kit and repeat the same steps
as you did the tube. 

Copy and paste the flower elements
as a new layer from the scrap kit.
see my tag as an example,,and add same drop shadows
as you choosed before.

Now copy and paste your tube again and place
it where you think it looks best.
add same drop shadow.

Add your name and proper copyright
save as jpeg
done
