
It's A Spring Thing
Supplies you will need
Paint Shop Pro. I am using version 8

Lets begin by open a new image 600x550
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with.
You can resize later.
Copy and paste the background as a new layer
Copy and paste the frame as a new layer
Copy and paste the frame background as a new layer
move it under the frame.
Copy and paste the tube you are going to use as a new layer
place it inside the frame.
add a drop shadow of your choice.
Make sure you are on the frame layer
drop shadow same as before.
Copy and paste the buckle as a new layer.
you will hafta resize all these elements for your tag.
place it on the top left of the frame.
see my tag as an example.
Copy and paste the butterfly charm
and place it with the buckle,
make it look like its connected to the buckle.
drop shadow the buckle and charm.
see my tag as an example.
Copy and paste the corner bow
add drop shadow
see my tag as an example.
Copy and paste the flowers as a new layer
drop shadow each one, and place em where you think
they look best.
Copy and paste the word art.
I used eyecandy4000/ gradent glow to make it stand out
but thats optional.
add drop shadow.
copy and paste the stitching
place it on the top and side of the frame.
Copy and paste your tube again
add drop shadow and place it where you think it looks best.
resize your tag and add name and proper copyright.
merge visable
Copy and paste your tag into animation shop.
duplicate the frames so you have 15 frames total.
Open the butterflies in animation shop
edit/select all layers
copy and on your tag
edit/select all layers
and paste into current layers.
place it where you think it looks best.
repeat the steps for the other butterflies, till you have ythem all on there.
once you have the tag the way you want it
save as new animation
done
