Have You Forgotten?

Supplies you will need

Paint Shop Pro. I am using version 8
Tube of choice. I am using © Anthony Guerra

No other supplies needed

 Lets begin by open a new image 600x550
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with.
You can resize later.

Copy and paste one of the papers from the kit
resize to fit tag

open up Monti's Blinds Mask 1
make sure you are on your paper layer.
Layers/New mask layer/ from image
then scroll down till you see the name of the mask
Source luminance and Invert mask are checked
Now delete mask and merge group.

Copy and paste frame 1 as a new layer
resize to fit.
place it in the center of the tag.

Copy and paste the tube you are going to use as a new layer
place it under your frame layer.
use your lasso tool and select around any parts that are sticking
out from under the frame.
hit delete on your keyboard
selection none.
Now I colorized my tube to an old photo color 

Now make sure you are on your top layer
which should be your frame layer.
add a drop shadow of your choice

Copy and paste the heart ribbon as a new layer
resize to fit and move it twords the bottom of your frame.
add same drop shadow.

Copy and paste frame 3 as a new layer.
resize to fit tag.
place it twords the bottom left of your frame 1.
open the twin towers photo
resize to fit.
colorize it the same you did your tube.
place it under the frame2 
make sure it aint sticking out from under the frame.

merge the photo and frmae 2 together.
rotate it a little bit and add same drop shadow.

Copy and paste the bow as a new layer
resize to fit
add same drop shadow.
place it where you think it looks best.

Copy and paste the butterfly as a new layer
resize to fit.
add same drop shadow.
duplicate it
so you have 2
now place them where you think they look best.

Use a font of your choice and add
"Have you forgotten"

Once the tag is the way you want it
resize the tag
add name and proper copyright
save as jpeg
Done.
