Lets begin by open new image 600x550
Flood fill white, you can resize later.

Copy and Past the go team go background
as a new layer

Copy and paste the fieldgold as a new layer.
add a small drop shadow of your choice.

Copy and paste the football field as a new layer
same drop shadow as before.
and move it tword the bottom of your tag.|
see my tag as an example.

Copy and paste the megaphone as a new layer
colorize it to match your tube.
drop shadow and place it where you think it looks best.

Copy and paste the go team words as a new layer.
resize it how you like and drop shadow
as before.

Copy and paste your tube.
place it where you think it looks best.
drop shadow.

Resize your tag to how you want it.

Add your name and proper copyright.
save as Jpeg
Done
