Gates Of Hell

Supplies you will need

Paint Shop Pro. I am using version 8
Animation Shop
Eyecandy 4000 - Fire
Tube of choice. I am using ©Deacon Black

This tutorial was writen for people
who have a working knowledge of PSP.

Lets begin by open new image 600x550
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with
 You can resize later.

After you DL the kit, look for the Ruby Ribbon Skull
Copy and paste as a new layer.
you are going to resize it so it fits your tag.
Move it tword the top of your tag.
See my tag as an example.

Duplicate it and move it tword the bottom
of your tag.

Copy and paste the Ruby Ribbon as a new layer
rotate it 90 degrees to the right.
Duplicate it 2times and move one on one side one in the middle
and one on the other side.
see my tag as an example.

Copy and paste the Goth Red Tag #4
as a new layer.
duplicate it 2 times for a total of 3.
Place them inbetween the ribbons.
see my tag as an example.

Copy and paste the pentagram as a new layer|
resize it to make it smaller,
Place it over your red tag you just did.
Duplicate it 2 times and place them on each tag.
see my tag as an example.

Copy and paste the red paper #2
resize it so it fits to your ribbons
as a new layer and move it down
see my tag as an example

so you should have on your layer palette
background , paper and then all the ribbons.

Once that is all done, x out your background layer 
and merge all the other layer visable.

rename the merge layer Fire.

Now you are going to duplicate the fire layer 4 times
for a total of 5 layers.

Use your lasso tool and lasso around the 3 tags.
remember to hold your shift key down everytime
you use your lasso. That way you can get all 3 sections at once.
and only select half way on the tags.

On your first Fire layer
eyecandy 4000 - fire
with these settings 



Now x out fire layer 1 and go to fire layer 2.
repeate eyecandy - Fire, and just hit the random seen button.

X out fire layer 2 and be on fire layer 3
repeat step each time to fire layer 3, 4 and 5

once you have all 5 layers done
selection none

Copy and paste the bats as a new layer.
I colorized mine so they will have red eyes.
add a drop shadow to em and have your
drop shadow color a redish color.

Copy and paste the spider web
and do the same drop shadow.

Copy and paste your tube
and place it where you think it looks best.

Duplicate your tube for a total of 4 tubes.
X out your main one
 make the other 3 much smaller
and place them in the 3 tags.
Make your opacity very light so you can hardly see em.

Use a font you like
and add the words "Gates Of Hell"
place it where you think it looks best.

Add your name and proper copyright.

Merge visable your Bats, Tubes, Web, Wording Copyright and name.

Resize your tag at this time.

You should have your background layer
5 fire layers and your merged tube layer.

Be on your back ground layer
make sure all your fire layers are xed out except for the first one.

Merge visable and copy as new animation
in animation shop.

Go back to psp undo merge
x out the first Fire layer and open the 2nd one.
Merge visable and copy and paste
after animation in animation shop.

Go back to psp and undo merge.

repeat the steps abouve for 3, 4 and 5 of the fire layers.

Open the torch in animation shop
select all/ copy

se;ect all of your tag and paste into selected layers
of your tag. Place it where I have mine.
You want to do this for a total of 3 times, so each red tag has a torch in it.

Once you have it all done
and the tag is like you want
save as new animation
Done.
