Supplies you will need

Paint Shop Pro. I am using version 8
Animation Shop
Eyecandy 4000 - Gradent Glow (Optional)
Tube of choice. I am using ©Deacon Black

Lets begin by open new image 600x550
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with
 You can resize later.

Copy and paste the paper as a new layer.
Colorize it to match your tube.
Open your mask in PSP.
Layer/New mask layer/from image
find your mask.
Invert unchecked.
delete mask from layer
merge group.

Copy and paste the lightning
as a new layer.
place it where its inside the circle of the
paper layer.
add a drop shadow to it.

Copy and paste the web as a new layer
colorize it to match your tube.
add same drop shadow as before.

Copy and paste the spider as a new layer
I used eyecandy 4000 Gradent glow set to 3
and made a glow around it.
but that is optional.
Now add the same drop shadow as before.

Copy and paste the tree as a new layer
place it where you think it looks best.

Copy and paste the grave as a new layer
drop shadow same as before.

Copy and paste the tube you are going to use
place it where you think it looks best.
Drop shadow same as before.

Use a font that you like.
I used Fiddums Family
Type out the words "Fright Night"
I used eyecandy gradent glow again for this.
add same drop shadow as before.


resize all layers to how you like it
add name and proper copy.
Merge visable

Copy and paste your tag into animation shop
Open the skeleton in animation shop.
it has 8 frames.

Duplicate your tag so it has 8 frames.
Select all on the skeleton
and select all on your tag
Copy and paste into selection your skeleton on your tag.

Save as new animation
Done
