Easter Party

Supplies you will need

Paint Shop Pro. I am using version 8,
But any version can be used.
Tube of choice. I am using the art of ©Lacy Clagg

Scrap kit by Monti's Pixel Playground

No other supplies needed 


Open up a new 600x550 image
Flood fill white. You can resize later

Open your scrapkit.
I used the pink Luggage label, triple ribbon
and flower for the tag.

Copy and paste your luggage label Duplicat 2x
and place them like I have on my tag.
merge visable the labels.
Colorize to match your tube.
add a small drop shadow

use your presets shape tool
rounded rectangle/forground null
background a color from your tube.
and use it to put a color back on your labels.
see my tag as an example.

Now add your ribbon and place it under your preset shapes.
you want it to look as if
your labels are hanging from it.
colorize to match your tube.

make sure you are on your label layer
Copy and paste your flowers.
see my tag as an example.
colorize and add same drop shadow.

x oput your background layer
and merge visable all other layers.

duplicate the merge layer and on the origonal layer
use Tramage/wee scratches plugin.

go back to your top layer
Add the text you want your tag to say.
Use my tag as an example.

copy and paste the tube you are going to use
drop shadow same settings as before.

add proper copyright information

crop to how you want it
save as jpeg
done
