Supplies you will need

Paint Shop Pro. I am using version 8

No other supplies needed

Lets begin by open a new image 600x550
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with.
You can resize later.

Copy and paste the leaves as a new layer
resize to fit your tag.
image / Rotate / 90 / right.
Place it twords the top of your tag.

Duplicate it and flip it.
so you should now have one at the top and one at the bottom.

Copy and paste the lace strip as a new layer.
resize to fit your tag.
Move it over your leaves
but make sure the leaves are sticking up behind it.
Duplicate and flip and do the same thing.
see my tag as an example.

Use your preset shapes tool
Ellipse / Width 4
Colors - Forground a color to match the kit
Background white
and make an oval circle.
You want it to fit right at the edges of your lace.
see my tag as an example.
Duplicate it and mirror it.
so you have one on each side.

Use your magic and click on the outside color.
of each circle.
Copy and paste into selection one of the papers from the kit.

Use your magic wand and click on the white part of the circle.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
Place it over the circle
selection / invert
then hit delete on your keyboard
selection none.

Duplacte this step with the other circle.

Copy and paste one of the bows from the kit.
Place it at the top of the circle.
add a small drop shadow.
duplicate it and put the other over the other circle.

Copy and paste one of the flowers from the kit.
add drop shadow
place it twords the bottom of your tag

duplicate it and place it on the other side.

Copy and paste the bottle from the kit.
Place it in the center twords the bottom of your tag.

Copy and paste one of the other ribbons as a new layer
Place it on the bottle
see my tag as an example.

Once you have the tag the way you want it.
resize your tag
add name and proper copyright
save as jpeg
