Paint Shop Pro. I am using version 8

No other supplies needed

Lets begin by open a new image 600x550
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with.
You can resize later.

Copy and paste one of the star frames as a new layer.
resize it 85%

Copy and paste another one of the tar frames.
resize it 85%
Duplicate it and move the duplicate under your first frame.

Be on your top layer.
use your eraser tool and erase parts of the frame so it looks like
its wrapped around the other frame.
see my tag as an example.

Copy and paste the star whirlz from the kit
move that layer under all your frame layers.
you want to duplicate it about 4x
and you are going to move them around and just scatter them out
on your tag.
bow merge all the star whirlz.

Copy and paste one of the papers from the kit.
use your lasso tool and select around the ribbon frame.
go back to the paper.
invert and hit delete on your keyboard.
selection none.
Now move the paper under the frame layer.

Copy and paste the tube you are going to use.
you want to use a tube you can do a close up with.
Place it in the frame.
but you want it to look like its coming out of the frame.

Copy and paste the moon and stars element.
place it where you think it looks best.
see my tag as an example.

Copy and paste the cloud as a new layer.
duplicate it about 2x and place them in different areas of your tag.

Copy and paste one of the stars
resize it so its alot smaller.
duplicate it several times and place it in different parts of your tag.

Select the font of your choice
use your preset shapes / Ellipse
and draw a circle that fits your tag.
Do Not Convert To Raster Layer.

use your Text tool and move your curser over the circle
till you see an A with a half circle under it.
now click on your tag.
Type out the words "Dear God, I'm trying to be good."
x out the circle layer.
and play around with the text till it fits right.
Once its done.
Convert to raster layer.

Once you have the tag the way you want it.
resize the entire tag
add name and proper copyright
save as jpeg
