Paint Shop Pro. I am using version 8,
But any version can be used.

Lets begin by open new image 600x550
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with
You can resize later.

Copy and paste the checker pattern as a new layer
open the mask provided
Layers/new mask from layer/from image.
Scroll in the little box and find your mask name.
Source luminance/ invert unchecked
click ok......delete mask from your layer/merge group.
see my tag as an example

Copy and paste the denim frame as a new layer
image/rotate/free rotate/ 15% to the right.
Use your magic wand and select in the center of the frame.
Copy and paste the tube you are going to use as a new layer.
put it how you want it.
selection/invert. then hit delete on your keyboard.
Move your frame layer over your tube.
merge your frame layer and tube together.

resize your frame layer and duplicate it.
image mirror your duplicate layer.
see my tag as an example to where to put it.
add a small drop shadow to both frames.

go ahead and resize the flowers
and copy and paste them on your tag.
place them on the frames where you think they look best.
same drop shadow.

Copy and paste your zipper as a new layer.
resize how you want it.
drop shadow. and place it where you think it looks best.
see my tag as an example.

Copy and paste your tube of choice again
add drop shadow as before.
see my tag on how I placed it and move it under
your zipper layer.

Make sure you are on your zipper layer
copy and paste the heart and the star, resize and place
em where you think they look best.
same drop shadow to both.

Copy and paste the bow as a new layer.
drop shadow same as before.

Use a font of your choice.
open the denim pattern and in your color pallet
change your background color to the denim
forground to your choice.
Type out the words "Cowgirls Love Denim"
I curved mine a bit. covert to raster layer.

x out your background layer and merge all other layers.
resize your tag as you want it.

add your name using the same steps as you did the phrase.

add proper copyright
save as jpeg
done.
