Lets begin by open new image 600x550
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with.
You can resize later.

Copy and paste one of the papers
as a new layer.
Resize 85%
add small drop shadow of your choice.

Copy and paste another paper
resize 85% rotate to the left 15%
same drop shadow.

Copy and paste the other paper.
resize 85%
rotate to the right 15%
same drop shadow.

Copy and paste the doodle art
drop shadow . Resize about 80%
move it tword the top left.
see my tag as an example.

Duplicate it and move it tword the bottom right.

Copy and paste the frame as a new layer.
resize 85%
I use the lighter paper and made a back to the frame.
see my tag as an example.

Copy and paste your tube,
place it under the frame.

Copy and paste the word art
Country Dreams.
Place it where you think it looks best.

Copy and paste the wheat as a new layer.
see my tag as an example.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer.
add drop shadow.

Add your name and proper copyright.
resize your tag to how you want it.
save as jpeg
