No other supplies needed

Lets begin by open a new image 600x550
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with.
You can resize later.

Copy and paste one of the papers from the kit.
resize to fit.
Place it in the center of your tag.
add a drop shadow

Copy and paste another paper.
resize to fit
rotate it 15 right
add same drop shadow.

Repeat the steps with another paper
but rotate it to the left.

Copy and paste one of the frames from the kit.
resize to fit.
place it twords the left of your tag.

Copy and paste bow 1 as a new layer.
resize to fit.
place it twords the top left of your tag.
add same drop shadow.

Copy and paste the broom
resize to fit.
place it at the right of your frame.
add same drop shadow.

copy and paste the heart and one of the flowers as anew layer.
resize them both.
add drop shadow to both.
place them by your broom.
see my tag as an example.

Copy and paste the heart beads, birdhouse and button as a new layer.
resize to fit.
place them on the left of your tag
to where you think they look best.
add drop shadow to all.

Copy and paste ribbon7 as a new layer.
move it under all your elements but ontop of your frame.
resize to fit
add drop shadow.

Copy and paste the heart bow as a new layer.
resize to fit.
you want it to look like the frame is going through the heart.
see my tag as an example.

Copy and paste one of the butterflies as a new layer.
resize to fit.
place it where you thinki it looks best.
duplicate it and place it on the other side.
add drop shadow to both.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
place it in the center of your tag.
or where you think it looks best.
add drop shadow.

Resize your tag and add name and proper copyright.
once you have it like you want it.
save as jpeg
done.
