Lets begin by open new image 600x550
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with.
You can resize later.

Copy and paste the background I have supplied
place it in the center of your tag.
colorize to match your tag.

Copy and paste the guest check as a new layer
add a small drop shadow.

Use a font of your choice and fill out the check.
see my tag as an example.

Merge the check and the writing together
resize 85%
rotate 15 to the right

Copy and paste the diner stool as a new layer
resize to how you want it.
place it where you think it looks best.
add same drop shadow

copy and paste the food
resize and place it
where you think it looks best.
add same drop shadow.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
place it where you think it looks best.
add same drop shadow.

Choose a font you like
add the phrase
"Coffee, Tea or Me?"
Place it where you think it looks best.
add your name using the same font.

merge tag visable

resize to how you want it.
add proper copyright
save as jpeg
Done
