Supplies you will need

Paint Shop Pro. I am using version 8
Animation shop
DSB Flux - Bright noise
Tube of choice. I am using ©Keith Garvey

all supplies that are made by Country Style Designs in this tutorial
are not to be shared or used with any other tutorial without my writtin permission.

This tutorial is written for people who have a working knowledge
of psp and animation shop.

Lets begin by open new image 600x550
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with
You can resize later.

Copy and paste the circle I have provided as a new layer.
place it twords the center of the tag.

Use your magic wand and click in the center of the circle
Selection/modify/expand by 2
add a new raster layer move it under the circle
and paste the photo into selection.
selection none.

Give your circle a drop shadow of your choice.

Copy and paste the top words I have provided
see my tag as an example on where to place it.
add a small drop shadow to it.

Copy and paste the bottom words.
see my tag as an example.
same drop shadow as you did on the top words.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
resize it so it fits nice on your tag and for placement.

x out your tube layer and
Merge all the layers at this time.

Copy and paste the merged layer into animation shop.
Duplicate it so it has 16 layers.
edit/ select all

I have supplied the fireworks. They are 16 layers
Open them in animation shop
edit/select all

Open up the stars I have provided in animation shop.
there is only 3 layers of them. you need to edit/select all
copy then click on the last frame of the stars and paste after current frame.
do this till you have 16 layers of stars.
edit/select all.

Go back to psp add your name and proper copyright
and merge name, proper copyright and tube.
Copy and paste it back into animation shop
duplicate it so you have 16 layers.
edit/select all.

Now its time to put em all in order on the tag.

copy your fireworks and paste into selected frames
several times, see my tag as an example.
you might even want to reverse the frames of the fireworks
to have them going different directions.

Copy and paste into current frames the stars.
place them where the stars are inside the blue part of the ring.
see my tag as an example.

Copy and paste into current frames your tube/copyright/name layer
see my tag as an example.

Once you have the tag like you want it.
resize it in animation shop
to where you think it looks best
save as new animation
Done.
