Celebrate Easter
Supplies you will need
Paint Shop Pro. I am using version 8
Tube of choice. I am using the art of ©Lacy Clagg

Scrap Kit by Melissa at ScrappyExpressions Here
Supplies Here
Start by opening a new 600x550 image.
flood fill white, you can resize later.
Use your selctions tool, find the Ellips circle width 6
Select the papers you are going to use from the scrap kit.
Place your forground as one of the solid papers Background null.
Draw out a circle on your new image.
See my tag as an example.
convert to raster layer.
Repeat this step 2 more times for a total of 3.
changing the paper boarder for each one.
Use your magic wand and click inside of one of the circles
Selections/modify/expand 1
copy and paste one of your printed papers
as a new layer. Invert and hit delete on your keyboard.
selections none.
Move that paper below the circle.
Drop shadow the circle with these settings.
V/H 0, Opacity 51, Blur 11, Color Black.
Now merge down the circle and the paper
Repeat them same steps to the other two circles.
see my tag as an example on how to place em.
Find the 2 photo frames you want to use
from the scrap kit.
Place them where you think they look best.
On the first photo frame, use your magic
wand and click inside the colored area.
Copy and paste your tube and place it
over the photo where you want it.
Selections/ Invert hit delete on your keyboard.
merge down the sected part of the tube and photo frame.
Drop shadow same settings as before.
Repeat the steps with the other photo frame.
Place one of the bows
from the scrap kit onto your photo frames.
Drop shadow same settings as before.
Now add your eggs from the scrap kit
and place them how you want them.
same drop shadow on all eggs as before.
Copy and paste the Celebrate Easter accent
as a new layer.
Drop shadow same settings.

x out your background layer
merge visable all the other layers.
unx your background and
copy and paste the tube your using as a new layer.
Drop shadow same settings.
Add your name and proper copyright
to the tag.
Resize how you want it.
Save as jpeg
Done
