Supplies you will need

Paint Shop Pro. I am using version 8
Tube of choice. I am using © Lacy Clagg

No other supplies needed


Lets begin by open a new image 600x550
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with.
You can resize later.

Copy and paste one of the circle frames as a new layer
Place it in the center of your tag.
use your magic wand and click inside the center of the circle
Modify/expand/2
add a new layer.
Copy and paste into selected layer
one of the papers from the kit.
selection none.

Now move that layer under the frame layer.

Copy and paste one of the lace ribbons as a new layer
rotate it about 15 to the left.
Move it under the frame layer
But ontop the paper layer.
use your lasso tool and select any parts sticking out from under the frame.
hit delete on your keyboard.
selection none.

Copy and paste one of the doodles in the kit
place it under the paper layer.
colorize to match your tag.
duplicate it
Image/mirror/ flip
see my tag as an example.

now go back to your top layer.

copy and paste the tube you are going to use.
place it in the center of your tag.
add a small drop shadow.

Copy and paste frame one as a new layer
resize it so it fits nice on the bottom of your tag.
see my tag for example.
you want to turn it to the right just a little bit.
Copy and paste your tube again.
use your magic wand and click in the center of one of the squares.
go back to tube layer.
place the part you are wanting in the frame in the square
selection/invert
then hit delete on your keyboard.
selection none.

Repeat the same steps 2 more times till you have all the squares done.

Copy and paste a couple of flowers from the kit.
place them where you think they look best.
add a small drop shadow to both.

Copy and paste one of the butterflies.
resize to fit.
place it where you think it looks best.
duplicate it
and place the other one on one of the flowers.

Copy and paste one of the bows.
resize to fit.
place it at the right of the tag.

Once you have the tag like you want it.
resize the tag
add name and proper copyright
save as jpeg
done.
