Supplies you will need

Paint Shop Pro. I am using version 8
Tube of choice. I am using ©Marco Guaqlione
It's sad to say we can no longer purchase his tubes.
Cammo Dreams Scrap Kit by me, you can get it HERE
Mask WSL_Mask59 by Chelle, you can get it HERE

Start by opening a new 600x550 image.
you can resize later.
Flood fill white.

Copy and paste one of the papers from the kit.
Open a mask of your choice
Layer/New mask layer/Image
Merge group.
Your paper should now look like mine.

Copy and paste one of the frames from the kit.
Place it in the center of the tag.

Copy and paste another paper from the kit.
move it under your frame layer.
see my tag as an example.

Copy and paste one of the doodles from the kit.
place it under your frame and paper layer.
Resize it to fit and place it twords the top left of the frame.
Duplicate it
mirror/flip and move it twords the bottom right corner.
see my tag as an example.

Go back to your top layer.
Copy and paste the tube you are going to use
You want the tube to look as if it is sticking out of the frame.
see my tag for an example.
add a drop shadow of your choice.

Copy and paste one of the ribbons from the kit as a new layer.
place it where you think it looks best.
add same drop shadow.

Copy and paste the heart ribbon.
move it twords the bottom of the frame.
add same drop shadow.

Copy and paste one of the flowers from the kit.
add drop shadow and place it on the right bottom corner of the frame.

Add another flower and do the same, but make it a little smaller.

Resize the tag.
add name and proper copyright
Done
