No other supplies needed

Lets begin by open a new image 600x550
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with.
You can resize later.

Copy and paste the glitterdoodle as a new layer.
you will need to resize about 35%
and then keep resizing till it fits your tag.
Place it on the left of your tag.
Duplicate it, Image/Mirror
so that its on the right.
Keep duplicating it several times, cause you are wanting it
to show from out behind your papers.
see my tag as an example.

Choose 3 different papers from the kit.
the ones I used were 6, 11, 26

Copy and paste one of the papers
resize it about 35% and keep resizing till
it fits nice on your tag.
Image / rotate / 15 / left.

Repeat the same steps with the second paper
except do not rotate.

Repeat the same steps with the third paper
and rotate / 15 / right.
Add a drop shadow to all your papers.

Copy and paste cardboard frame 1
resize it about 35% and keep resizing till it fits your tag.
place it in the center of the papers.
Copy and paste the tube you are going to use.
Place the tube under the frame layer.
A closeup tube works the best for this.
use your lasso tool and cut out any parts sticking out of the frame.
Once you have it like you want it
duplicate the tube and andgle it so it looks like its andgeled with the top frame.

Go back on the frame layer.
add a drop shadow to the frame.

Copy and paste butterfly 4
resize it 35% and keep resizing till its small enough
to fit in the corner of your frame and papers.
see my tag for an example.
drop shadow same as before.

Copy and paste rose 5 and 6
resize then both 35%
and keep resizing till the fit nicely in your tag.
Move them both to the left of your tag.
add a drop shadow to both.

Copy and paste silkbow 1
Resize 35% and keep resizing till its small enough
to place on the stems of your roses.

Copy and paste Cardboard heart frame 1
Resize it 35%
and keep resizing till its pretty small and fits
on the lower right hand corner of your tag.
see my tag for an example.
Copy and paste another tube.
make sure it is from the same artist.
place the tube under the frame.
use your lasso tool to cut out any parts sticking outside the frame.
add a drop shadow to your frame.

Once you have the tag like you want it.
resize the entire tag.
add name and proper copyright
save as jpeg
done.
