all supplies that are made by Country Style Designs in this tutorial are not Lets begine by opening a new image 600x550, Copy and paste your book as a new layer. Drop shadow I have supplied some accents to dress up your book.

you can resize later. Flood fill white.
I have supplied the one I made for this already with paper,,
or just the templet. Use either one. If your using just the templet,,
add your own papers to it. If your using mine, colorize to match your tube.
Use mine as a refrence and dress it up the way you like it.
make sure to drop shadow some of your accents.
Just use your imagination.
Copy and Paste the words Book Of Love I have supplied for you.
Colorize and drop shadow same settings as before.
Copy and Paste your tube as a new layer and drop shadow it.
Go down to your background layer
add new layer and use some brushes to decorate
behind the book, see my tag as an example.
Resize to how you want it.
add proper copyright.
Add name
Done
