Supplies you will need

Paint Shop Pro. I am using version 8
Animation shop
Tube of choice. I am using ©Keith Garvey

Lets begin by open new image 600x500
Flood fill white
You can resize later.


Copy and Past the basketball coute provided as a new layer
Drop shadow with these settings.

Copy and Paste the score board as a new layer
colorize it to match your tube.
drop shadow same settings.

Fill in the score board with diffrent numbers
to how you want em.
You can use my tag as an example.

But do not write anything in the very top center
area of the score board.. You will need this section
for your animation.

Add your tube of choice and copyright information
now.

I also added some side bars to my tag. that is optional.
you can just be creative on this part.
I added the player sign to cover up her chest.

Take your presets shape tool forground null/background black
and draw out a little rectangle the same size as the one at the top of the score board.
Copy and paste that into animation shop.


In animation shop


go to effect/insert text effect
and use these settings

Change what you want it to say and how you want the font to look
by clicking on the button that says font


click ok.

You should now have 16 frames of your animation.

go back to psp. Merge visable your tag.
Make sure your tube does not cover that part of the score board.
copy and paste as new animation into animation shop.
Duplicate your tag so you have 16 frames.

Edit/select all so where all your frames are highlighted

go to the animation box you just made.
edit/ select all/copy

now paste that into selected frames on your tag and place it
where it goes in the little black box.

view animation.

you should now have scrolling scoreboard.
Resize to your likeing
save as new animation

Done
