Lets begin by open new image 600x550
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with.
You can resize later.

Copy and paste the background I have supplied
place it in the center of your tag.

Copy and paste the zipper frame as a new layer.
Add a small drop shadow.

Copy and paste the butterfly charm as a new layer
resize it to where you think it looks best
and place it on the zipper.
add the same drop shadow and merge the zipper frame
and the butterfly together.

Copy and paste the belt as a new layer.
add the same drop shadow.
Plae it on the top of the zipper frame.
see my tag as an example.

Copy and paste the heart charm as a new layer.
resize it and place it on one of the belt loops
add same drop shadow.

Copy and paste the belt flowers as a new layer.
drop shadow same as before.

Merge your flowers, belt and heart charm together.

Copy and paste the ruler as a new layer.
add same drop shadow and duplicate it.

Move one of the rulers tword the top of your tag,
and one tword the bottom.

Copy and paste the books, report card and pencil
as a new layer. drop shadow all of em
and place them where you think they look best.

Copy and paste the Back To school words
as a new layer and place them at the
top of your tag over the ruler.
see my tag as an example.

Copy and paste the tube you are going to use
drop shadow and place it where you think it looks best.

resize to how you like it.
Add your name and proper copyright at this time.
merge your tag visable.

Copy your tag
and paste as new animation into animation shop

Open up your bus in animation.
you will notice it has 10 layers
Edit / select all

duplicate your tag in animation shop so it has
10 layers.
Edit / Select all.

Copy your bus and paste
into selected frames of your tag.

once you have your tag how you want it.
save as new animation
Done
