Lets begin by open new image 600x550
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with.
You can resize later.

Copy and paste as a new layer
one of the papers from the kit.
Add a drop shadow of your choice.

Copy and paste another paper as a new layer
free rotate 45 to the left.
you will want to resize it a little.
Same drop shadow.

Copy and paste the paper that has
the pin and leaf on it as a new layer.
free rotate to the right 15
add same drop shadow.

Copy and paste one of the swirlies
as a new layer.
Move it twords the bottom of your paper.
see my tag as an example

Copy and paste the double frame from the kit
Place it twords the top of the tag.
see my tag as an example.

Use your magic wand and click inside one
of the frames.
selection/modify/expand 3
now place your tube over the section
selection/invert
then hit delete on your keyboard.
Move the tube under the frame.

Now repeat steps for the other side
of the frame.
Drop shadow your frame and
merge the tubes and frame together.

Copy and paste the ribbon
twords the bottom of your tag.
same drop shadow.

Copy and paste some leaves
add drop shadow to them.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
same drop shadow
place it where you think
it looks best.

Copy and paste one of the bows.
drop shadow same as before.
place it where you think it looks best.

Use a font that you like
type out the words "Autumn Spirit"

merge layers together.
resize your tag
add your name and proper copyright.
Save as jpeg
Done
