Lets begin by open new image 600x550
Flood fill white so you can see what your working with, You can resize later.

Use one of the papers in the scrap kit and paste as a new layer. Colorize to match your tube
Layers/new mask from layer and apply Becky_mask023
merge group.

Copy and paste the frame from the scrap kit
Colorize to match your tube.
drop shadow with these settings
V/H 0, Opacity 88, Blur 14.83

Copy and paste the word art provided
Colorize to match your tube.

Copy and paste one of the flowers from the scrap kit
colorize to match your tube. Drop shadow same settings as before.
Duplicate the flower and resize the duplicate by 85%.

Copy and paste your tube.
drop shadow same settings as before.

Resize your tag to how you want it.
add your name and proper copyright
save as jpeg
Done.
